EASTERN AFRICAN REGIONAL CONFERENCE IN NAIROBI 2018
2018 East African Regional Conference is the first of ASFL conference line ups this year across the continent. Being part of EARC 2018 offers the opportunity to share in the amazing experience, energy, viewpoints, shared ideas, success stories, dynamic and life-changing career opportunities as a young professional.
More specifically, this year’s EARC will touch on issues that concern the Kenyan society and the East African region and how young individuals can make a difference in today’s world. Issues that range from youth participation in politics; the missing link in Kenyan entrepreneurship to media freedom, politics and religion and tolerance. Participants will learn a great deal, and have their views challenged on these subject matters.
And also to mention the huge networking at our conference! At EARC 2018, you’ll get to meet and interact one-on-one with Chukwuemeka Ezeugo, the Founder and President of Global African Christians for Liberty (GACLI), Kasmil Gago, an information technologist, Wemo Kitawa, a successful entrepreneur and founder of MAMA Ventures; Futurist Olumayowa Okediran, among a host of others. So come prepared to exchange contacts and make new friends!
On a social side of it, for first time travellers to Kenya, it will be an opportunity to have a view of the beautiful city, and visit fascinating places such as the Nairobi National Park and the Giraffe Center; Ngong hills, Oloolua Nature Trails, Elephant hills, Karen Blixen Museum, and also enjoy the colorful tribes of Kenya at Bomas of Kenya. And also add to the free meals, and drinks at the socials!
